5 Thoughts Grant Gustin, Danielle Panabaker, Candice Patton 'The Flash' Season 2 Episode 1-5!

The CW Network continues with Season 2 of The Flash. In Episode1-5, this the perfect opportunity to check up on Barry Allen (Grant Gustin), Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker), Iris West (Candice Patton) and their new opponent, Zoom (voiced by Tony Todd).

As we previously mentioned, Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears), the Silver Age Flash, has crossed dimensions to find the scarlet speedster. Jay warns Barry (Gustin) and his team at S.T.A.R. Labs about an impending danger that he alone cannot stop. Together, they have to stop Zoom before he wipes out every speedster across every multiverse.

5) Poor Ronnie!

In the season premiere, The Man Who Saved Central City, questions were finally answered about what happened after the first season finale. It was so nice to see Rick Cosnett play Eddie Thawne once again! Our hearts were broken for Caitlin Snow (Danielle Panabaker) as Firestorm (Ronnie Amell) sacrificed himself to stop the singularity. Plus, why the hell did Henry Allen (John Wesley Shipp) leave the show all of a sudden?

4) Straight From The Comics!

Not only were audiences were introduced to Jay Garrick (Sears), Patty Spivot (Shantel VanSanten) made her way straight from the New 52 Universe. After taking down the Sand Demon, Patty called out the scarlet speedster. An homage to popular comic book cover, Jay and Barry raced to save the damsel in distress in Flash of Two Worlds.

3) Captain Cold Is Back!

The Family of Rogues had all types of emotional feels. Lisa Snart (Peyton List) actually showed that she does care for Cisco (Carlos Valdes). Raise your hand if you were cheering for Cisco after he got his kiss from Lisa. After the heist was over, Captain Cold (Wentworth Miller) aimed his gun and froze his abusive father, Lewis Snart (Michael Ironside) to death. In prison, Barry told Captain Cold there is something honorable in him because Leonard Snart would do anything to protect his sister.

2) New Firestorm!

In the Fury of Firestorm, Martin Stein (Victor Garber)'s health was deteriorating after the loss of Ronnie Raymond (Amell). In order to save him, Martin merged with his new counterpart, Jax (Franz Drameh) to become the new Firestorm. Wanting to top Gorilla Grodd, the special effects team went all out to bring King Shark to live-action form. But the biggest WTF moment came when Iris (Candice Patton) discovered she has a brother!

1) Harrison Wells!

Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) is back and this time around, he's such a jerk! Making his way from Earth-2, Wells wants to be the mentor to the scarlet speedster as he competes against Jay. Barry should listen to Jay when he mentions Wells could be hiding something. Does Wells really want to help The Flash, especially when Zoom has his daughter held hostage?

The Flash continues Season 2 on Tuesdays on CW at 8/7c.
