Tamar Braxton truly gave it her all, and some believed that she would take home the winning mirror ball trophy, but her time with Dancing with the Stars has come to an end. MStars News has learned that the singer, and host of The Real, had to quit the competition and her tour after she revealed she didn't have pneumonia but a more serious medical condition.

In a message to her fans, Braxton revealed that she has blood clots in both of her lungs. "With a heavy heart I regret to inform you that my season of #dwts has to come to an end along with the rest of my tour dates with @musicbykem," Braxton stated. She added, "After yesterday's final #dwts performance I went back to the hospital (after the doctors didn't want me to leave in the first place) only to find out that I don't have pneumonia but something way more serious and that is having several P.E.'s (blood clots in both sides of my lungs)."

In the photo below, Braxton looked sad, as well as her dance partner, Val Chmerkovskiy, while laying in a hospital bed.

MStars News previously reported that Braxton was rushed to the hospital before she was scheduled to perform during Monday night's competition. She believed that she had been battling the case of pneumonia for two weeks, but now everyone knows it was actually clots. Believing that she was okay to dance, Braxton made it back to the show before the night ended to perform her last number with Nick Carter to save her from being disqualified. But Braxton's illness overcame her body, and landed her right back in the hospital where she is currently.

Despite not being able to go on with the dancing show, the star thanked her fans and encourage everyone to take care of themselves. She also gave a huge shoutout to her dance partner and thanked him for his support as well.

MStars News hopes Braxton gets better soon. She, along with Kim Zolciak, who also had to drop out of the show a few weeks ago, have truly been through a lot with their medical conditions.
