It has been confirmed that Eagles of Death Metal's merchandise manager, Nick Alexander, was killed during the terrorist attack in Paris on Friday. According to The Guardian, Alexander's girlfriend, Polina Buckley, confirmed his death via Twitter. Her message read:

Before learning about his death, Buckley alerted social media that she was trying to learn of his whereabouts. She tweeted her followers:

She also added Alexander's photo for everyone to be on the lookout.

People magazine obtained video of the American band performing before gunshots were fired. The attack happened at the Bataclan concert hall. At least 80 people were killed there.

Alexander's ex-girlfriend, Helen Wilson, was the Bataclan concert venue with the Eagles of Death Metal merchandise manager when he was shot. Wilson described the chaotic scene and said that she laid on the ground with Alexander as bullets started to fly. Wilson is lucky to be alive, but she did suffer injuries. She revealed that both of her legs were injured and that Alexander was shot in front of her.

"His back was to me and I couldn't see what happened and I tried to keep him talking and then I tried to give him mouth-to-mouth resuscitation, and they [the gunmen] were just sort of in the shadows and they would shoot if anyone said anything."

Wilson, too, said that Alexander was the love of her life and revealed that she held onto him as he lay dying.

"Then he couldn't breathe anymore and I held him in my arms and told him I loved him. He was the love of my life."

A YouTube clip of footage from inside the theater has been uploaded and can be viewed here. WARNING: Clip may be disturbing to some.
