Bethenny Frankel of 'RHONY' Gets Bad Mom Rep Thanks to Ex Jason Hoppy!

Real Housewives of New York star, Bethenny Frankel's, child custody battle is heating up. She and ex-husband, Jason Hoppy, are reportedly engaged in a three year war with one another regarding 5-year old daughter, Bryn. Allegedly, Hoppy has conjured up support from the ex-couple's neighbors in their Manhattan apartment complex. According to Radaronline, the neighbors have written a letter to the judge. "They've called her a bad mother who isn't there for her child," an insider revealed. "They despise Bethenny."

Lately, it seems Hoppy isn't too happy with Bethenny's ability to earn a living on reality television. Perhaps he doesn't realize that in order to get the big bucks that pays handsome amount of child support, the million dollar ex-wife may be play the game as well to stay employed?

Life & Style learned that Jason may sue Frankel for discussing the divorce on-camera. A source says, "Jason talked to an attorney about whether they could sue Bethenny for breaking a confidentiality agreement." Apparently, he's concerned about the media attention their daughter Bryn is subjected to.


While it's unclear if Jason is currently working, but what we do know is that he was recently awarded $100,000 in legal fees paid for by his former wife. Since the couple have a "do not discuss" order, we may never know if he's getting paid to be a stay-at-home dad. It could be in his best interest to just let the ex do what she does best by blabbing all the juicy details of their split at full speed!

In the meantime, you can catch her hitting the talk show circuit. On Nov. 11, she appeared on Late Night With Seth Meyers to dish about Martha Stewart not liking her!
