Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson might have long since moved on from her relationship with Donn Gunvalson, as she had been on-and-off dating Brooks Ayers for the past four years, before officially calling it quits this past summer. However, while the star was a guest on Andy Cohen's late night series, Watch What Happens Live, she told the Bravo personality that she had wished she never said goodbye to her ex-husband Donn.

Viewers might have seen how Vicki has coped with the divorce from her husband, as well as moving on to others in past seasons, but according to Us Weekly, the star still misses her former lover.

"I think if I had to do it all over again, I would not have divorced Donn," the star candidly admitted in the one-on-one interview. "I know that for a fact. In hindsight, if we could do things differently... He was a great man [and] great husband."

According to the website, Vicki and Donn were together for 19 years of marriage, before the star ended things in 2010.

That wasn't the only thing that Gunvalson got candid about during her interview. In fact, she also opened up about Brooks' controversial cancer storyline that was featured on the show's past season.

"He said, 'You'll never have access to my medical records,'" Gunvalson told the Watch What Happens Live host. "It was another red flag."

Ayers explained to E! News that he in fact fabricated the story of how sick he was.

"Words cannot express the deep regret that I have in fabricating documents to 'prove' to the world that I, in fact, have cancer," Ayers told E! News on Nov. 11. "What I did was wrong and inexcusable. I acted alone, without Vicki's knowledge, to produce documents for a reality TV show in hopes of putting doubts about my cancer to rest."
