Twitter user @TheRealMyron (actual name not shared) decided to take his symbiotic relationship with the streaming and DVD delivery service, Netflix, to the highest level by getting a tattoo of the company on his body. Thanks to a tweet (whole conversation below) including a picture of the ink, Netflix has now given Myron a free year of its service.
For your viewing pleasure: the Twitter exchange:
@netflix put me on a commercial I love you guys twitter.com/TheRealMyron/s…
— MR (@TheRealMyron) March 8, 2013
Netflix saw Myron's tweet and the picture associated with it and quickly got back to the inked tweeter with the following message:
NO WAY! Free year for you, look for DM RT @therealmyron: @netflix put me on a commercial I love you guys twitter.com/TheRealMyron/s… — Netflix US (@netflix) March 8, 2013
Myron has noted in some of his tweets that a lot of people have been sharing their opinions on the tattoo and the news of his free Netflix. He is being a good sport about it and it seems like nothing negative is coming from this whole incident. Besides an arguably bad tattoo.
Lol strangers Are blowing up my inbox about my tattoo

Others seem to be catching on to the trend as well:
*sharpies Netflix on my body like @therealmyron so i can get a free year — Bridgette Nichole(@Bakers_Corner) March 8, 2013
Would you do something as serious as this in order to possibly get a discount from one of your favorite services? Myron got the tattoo without even knowing he would receive the year off. He must really love Netflix. It is crazy to think that all of this could not have happened considering Myron was contemplating deleting his Twitter account just hours earlier:
