Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans has been seemingly off drugs for a couple years, but she just posted a video on Instagram that has MTV fans wondering if she is back to getting high - except this time with boyfriend David Eason. Will her custody battles with baby daddy Nathan Griffith and her mom Barbara Evans be affected by her latest stunt?
In the video, the reality mom is listening to Taylor Swift's "Wildest Dreams" while laughing and being told something in her ear by her new beau. She captioned it, "You so silly." Many commenters on both Twitter and Instagram thought the couple looked high and let Jenelle know what they think about it.

"Lmfao u r insane," Jenelle tweeted back, and then retweeted a comment from another fan, "I don't remember seeing in the video them doing drugs or acting crazy. I saw two people in love being silly with each other."

Instagram users were even harsher in their remarks on the video. Here are some of their comments:
mommaturtlecat: "Um how about no she's just using the shit to try and make Nathan jelous. And she's smoking Marijuana in the same home her damn toddler runs around in. Yeah let Kai smell that s**t that's smart. I hope nate uses this in court and get Kai taken away. She doesn't care about anyone but her damn self."
sofiarobison357: "Soooo.....how inebriated were they here? So sad for her children. Wash, rinse, repeat. The cycle continues. Ecstasy now, pain and destruction later. Again."
