Sisters star, and former Saturday Night Live (SNL) star, Amy Poehler appeared on the Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon on Wednesday night, taking part in the show's popular game "Truth or Truth". Neither comedian could keep a straight face, cracking one another up with their hilarious answers.

The actress appeared on the late night show to promote her upcoming movie Sisters, but Fallon had Poehler take part in the show's popular game "Truth or Truth".

In the game, Poehler hilariously revealed to the late night host her biggest fear.

The comedienne stated, "Easy. Being mistaken for J. Lo. And then being asked to dance, and dancing better than J. Lo, and J. Lo being angry. I don't want J. Lo to be angry at me. That's my biggest fear."

Poehler was up next to pose a question to Fallon, asking, "Where is someplace you've never had sex?" Fallon quipped, "In my 20s."

The two comedians could barely keep a straight face without cracking up with their hilarious answers.

Fallon then asked Poehler what her real voice sounds like, with the former Saturday Night Live (SNL) star beginning to speak in a foreign accent.

"What do you mean? Do you mean when I am speaking my native tongue? Do you mean when I speak to my relatives, or my people I love?" Poehler asked.

Fallon couldn't help but comment that the accent sounded very similar to that of Sofia Vergara. Amy replied, "We're very different."

On the show, Poehler also discussed her upcoming movie Sisters, where she stars alongside her friend Tina Fey.

Poehler and Fey play the roles of two very different siblings who throw one last party at their family home.

Sisters hits theaters on December 18, which happens to be the same weekend Star Wars: The Force Awakens is released.

Poehler isn't worried about competing with the other big movie because her film is a comedy. She adds that there won’t be enough seats for the Star Wars movie and she's hoping it will force people to see her film.
