If Carol Maraj had her way, she would put a hurting on a Bossip reporter for questioning her and rapper Nicki Minaj's older brother Jelani Maraj, about the rape allegations outside of a Nassau County courthouse in Long Island, New York. Mom said, "I'd like to kick their butts," while getting in an SUV. Both mother and son were accompanied by attorney Andrea Zellan to a private conference room in the courts sex division.

As previously reported by MStars News, the 37-year old Maraj was arrested on Dec. 1 with two counts of felony charges. One charge is for sexual conduct against a child in the first degree and a first degree rape charge. The alleged criminal acts has been going on since April, the gossip site reported. Court documents revealed, "...From about April 1, 2015 until November 30, 2015, the defendant, Jelani Maraj, engaged in a course of sexual conduct against a child." And also says, "He engaged in these acts with the victim, while knowing (she) was less than 13 years old."

While it is unclear who the victim is, what is known is that the arrestee was married to Jacqueline Robinson in August to who the Daily Mail called his "longtime girlfriend," in a $30,000 ceremony at Baldin's Coral House paid for by his superstar sister.

Apparently, reports about the The Pinkprint singer bailed her brother out, may have been false. It seems that their mother Carol used her Baldwin home as collateral and signed two promissary notes of $50,000 each for her son's release. The defendant, who's employed by Pink Personality, Inc., must stay 100 yards away from the victim since the judge signed an order of protection and has to turn in any weapons that he may have.

So far, Minaj and sister-in-law, Robinson has remained quiet about the charges. Stay tuned, we will keep you updated. The entire world is watching how this case plays out. Tell us what you think!
