Tamera Mowry's daughter, Ariah Talea Housley, is one adorable baby! MStars News has learned that mother and daughter graced the pages of Mini Magazine in this month's issue where mama Mowry talked about motherhood and her son, Aden John Tanner Housley's reaction to his little sister after she was born. In the magazine interview, Mowry was asked how her son acted when his learned that he had a baby sister. Mowry, who is married to FOX correspondent, Adam Housley said: "Aden's first response [was] giving her a nickname. He saw her in this little glass basket at the hospital and said, 'Baby sister. That's Ry-ry." We thought that was the cutest nickname for her!" Mowry claimed that things changed when she and the new baby came home. "When we brought her home, that's when the jealousy began. It was challenging three months, but once she turned four months old, he was fine as she started to take him in. Aden would make her laugh and she recognized him. They're cool and he loves to give her kisses how." As for motherhood, Mowry said that her greatest challenge was, "time." Mowry said, "Making time for the things that mean a lot to you. Organization is huge. Don't be afraid to ask for help. I take it one day at a time."

Other thing Mowry learned about motherhood was that she has "Mommy Brain."  The Real tv co-host claimed that "Mommy Brain" came from "exhaustion." She added, " I knew I would be tired, but I didn't know about the mommy fog. I like to be in control of my thoughts, my mind, my day. When you're in a mommy fog, you can't do that."

Mowry doens't believe that "Mommy Brain" is a bad thing, in fact she has her own name for it. "I call it 'blissfully exhausted' because you're so tired, but you're also happy. I have two beautiful, healthy children I'm grateful for and I've learned to work through it."

MStars News previously reported that Mowry had some ups and downs with breastfeeding her son in the past. She also claimed that things were better when it came to feeding her daughter. In her interview with Mini Magazine, Mowry said that she enjoyed seeing mothers breastfeeding in public.

"Seeing nursing stations at amusement parks and malls makes me [happy] because it doesn't feel good to nurse in a public bathroom stall. Breastfeeding is natural and normal and they have really amazing cover-ups for nursing these days."
