The Real Housewives of New Jersey has finally welcomed home star Teresa Giudice after her year-long prison stint at Danbury Federal Correctional Facility for committing bankruptcy fraud. Husband Joe surprised his wife with a brand new $90,000 Lexus. Extra TV reported, "Joe wanted to surprise her with the Lexus. He had a big red bow put on the top of it." What's next for the reality show queen? There is so much catching up to do for the wife and mother of three before she embarks on her journey for the new year and her husband's federal prison sentence in March.

According to NorthJersey.com, the star will be on home confinement until Feb. 5. Attorney James Leonard, Jr. says, "When she comes home, she will be on home confinement, until Feb. 5. During that period, she will be able to work, she will be able to take care of business, medical [things]. She'll be out and about. And then when that period ends, she will begin a period of supervised release. The sentence that she got was two years of supervised release."

Christmas Eve was spent at home with her family and they had a traditional Italian Christmas dinner. People magazine reports that on Christmas Day, the Giudice's were at sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga's home. "I think it's gonna be a really nice Christmas this year," the 36-year-old said. "I just think it's gonna be a lot of new beginnings, hopefully just a fresh start, especially for [Giudice]." Bravo TV will probably be filming at her home for RHONJ's season seven.

Febuary will mark the release of her autobiography, Turning the Tables: From Housewife to Inmate and Back Again, co-written by People staffer, K.C. Baker and published by Gallery Books. She'll also do an audiobook in her own voice. In March, with Joe heading to Fort Dix Federal Correctional Facility, she'll be a single parent while he's away. But before he leaves, the couple has a lot to catch up on, including a new lien at the Morris County Clerk's office in the amount of $551,563 filed by the IRS last week. Give them a break!

We wish Teresa a very happy New Year!
