Taking the movie industry by storm, the supermodel-turned-actress made heads turn in blockbuster action thriller, Mad Max: Fury Road. As Jason Statham's partner heads straight the gym, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley demonstrates her exercise and fitness secrets.

As we previously mentioned, Fury Road follows the mysterious drifter and loner as he finds himself wandering the apocalyptic wasteland. After being held captive, Max (Tom Hardy) finds himself fighting alongside Imperator Furiosa (Charlize Theron). Hoping to evade their tyrannical ruler from his clutches, Furiosa attempts to free his enslaved wives, which includes The Splendid Angharad (Whiteley).

In an interview with Daily Mail, the 28 year-old blonde bombshell has been promoting her new fitness collection. Under the Rosie for Autograph Active line, the supermodel preaches her health lifestyle, which helps her say fit. In order to get behind her fitness range, a person must never skip and miss meals in order to keep their shapely figure.

As transcribed by Cosmopolitan, Whiteley emphasizes switching up the exercise routine, "I find that alternating work outs and mixing interval, low and high intensity training really helps. I love to mix in Pilates and fun dance classes too."

The model turned actress turned designer adds, "If you're short on time try skipping - I love it as it gets the heart rate up immediately and works out so many parts of your body. It's a great cardio alternative that also helps tone at the same time."

Taken from inspirations in dance and movement, the fitness collection will hit M&S stores in January. The pieces feature ballet inspired satins and super soft fluid fabrics.
