WWE has produced several high-quality matches in 2015, so it's hard to pick the best of the best from the list of hundreds of bouts the company has given us this year. But we've done all we could to narrow the list down to our Top 5 WWE Matches of 2015. You'll find John Cena, Brock Lesnar, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Daniel Bryan and more on this list.

5) Roman Reigns vs. Daniel Bryan at Fastlane

Reigns received deafening boos (trust me, I was there) at Royal Rumble, and it seemed there was nothing he could do to win over his haters. But a match with Daniel Bryan for the right to go to WrestleMania went a long way toward showing fans that Reigns was far more talented in the ring than many believed.

The two men each wrestled each other's style, but Reigns ultimately won with a thunderous spear. Bryan shook his hand after the match and told him to go win the belt from Brock Lesnar.

4) Kevin Owens vs. John Cena at Elimination Chamber

Owens took aim at the biggest dog in the yard when he challenged John Cena for his debut match after his call-up from NXT, but few thought Owens would actually defeat the 15-time champion. And yet that's exactly what he did after a Pop-Up Powerbomb to stun the viewing audience.

They would have more stellar matches after this, but the first one has the shock ending that makes it stand out.

3) Brock Lesnar (c) vs. Roman Reigns for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 31

Lesnar had been invincible for an entire year, and WWE had been building Reigns as the next top star for that same length of time. This match was brutal and physical and violent. Both men bled as they traded blow after blow.

Lesnar, of course, was in control, but something was different about this match. Instead of crumpling like previous challengers to The Beast's title, Reigns seemed to delight in the pain. He smiled through bloodied teeth as Lesnar grew more frustrated.

Then, just when it seemed like Reigns was poised to capture the title, Seth Rollins bolted to the ring with his Money in the Bank briefcase and stole the belt. It was a memorable ending to a solid WrestleMania.

2) Sasha Banks (c) vs. Bayley for the NXT Women's Championship at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn

This match was the culmination of a two-year journey for Bayley, who was always the plucky underdog but was never able to capture the belt. The Hugster pulled out all the stops and finally captured the title that eluded her for so long.

The emotion at play here is what made this match so special. We all felt it was Sasha Banks' last match in NXT, so the result was never really in doubt. But sometimes the journey is more important than the destination, as was the case here.

Banks treated Bayley as though she were beneath her, but Bayley proved that she was worthy of the title. With the so-called revolution in women's wrestling ongoing, these two truly stole the show, and the Four Horsewomen had a well-deserved curtain call.

1) Brock Lesnar (c) vs. John Cena vs. Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship at Royal Rumble

Admittedly, I might be a little biased because I witnessed this one in person, but this is a match that has stuck with me all year. From the moment Brock Lesnar emerged (and yes, you can see every detail of Brock even from the highest row in the arena), the crowd was wild for this match.

The story told in this match is what made it rise to the top of this list. Lesnar had been an unstoppable monster since the beginning of 2014. Big Show couldn't beat him. Undertaker couldn't beat him. Cena fell at his feet twice in title matches.

So Cena and Rollins threw everything they had at the Beast in order to slow him down enough for one of them to capture the title. At first, Lesnar had the match well in hand with multiple German suplexes to both men (and even J&J Security). But Rollins and Cena managed to take Lesnar out of commission for a while with four Attitude Adjustments, the steel steps, a tackle through the barricade, and a flying elbow drop through the announce table.

Lesnar suffered a broken rib in the match but still managed to recover and drop Rollins with an F5 to retain the title. It was a breathtaking match that will be watched for years.
