Katy Perry and John Mayer Dating Again?: Couple Spotted Together in West Hollywood [VIDEO]

Katy Perry and John Mayer appear to have rekindled their romance yet again. They were allegedly spotted together at The Nice Guy Club in West Hollywood in the wee hours of Thursday morning. Perry and Mayer have dated off/on since 2012. Will they make their relationship work this time around?

Mayer and Perry partied at the West Hollywood nightclub and even performed a song for the crowd. TMZ reports Perry performed "Natural Woman".

Perry, 31, and Mayer, 38, started dating in 2012, splitting several times before ending their relationship in 2014.

Star reported that Perry dumped Mayer after he cheated on her with a 24-year-old SoulCycle instructor named Lauren McHale.

An insider revealed, "They kissed. It was very innocent. They didn’t sleep together."

The couple were spotted together holding hands at Girls star Allison Williams' wedding in September. A source told People, "John and Katy looked happy. They held hands and sat next to each other during the wedding ceremony."

The couple confirmed they are back together after leaving a West Hollywood club together at around 4:30 a.m. Perry appeared to be avoiding being photographed.

Katy, who Forbes estimates was the world's highest-paid singer after raking in $135 million from her Prismatic World Tour, was previously wed to British comedian Russell Brand. They divorced in 2012 after only 14 months of marriage.

Katy told Harper's Bazaar that she has since learned to approach her relationships from a new, more positive, perspective, thanks to therapy.

Perry said, "What I've learned is that if you don't have the foundation of self-love first, you really have nowhere to pull love from to give it away.

"I had to learn about taking care of myself before I could take care of others. I want to mommy everyone. I want to take care of them. I want to save them, and I forget myself in the meantime. I learned that through therapy."

Perry and Mayer may have been celebrating New Years Eve early, with both musicians booked for shows on Thursday evening.

Maxim reports Perry will perform on New Year's Eve at a private concert at the Wynn Las Vegas hotel. Dead & Company, which includes Mayer and surviving members of the Grateful Dead, have a show at The Forum in Los Angeles that night.
