'Star Wars' Celebs Daisy Ridley & John Boyega Lead Forbes' 30 Under 30

Now that Star Wars: The Force Awakens is finally out and breaking records, the two new faces who are strong in the Force, Daisy Ridley and John Boyega (Rey and Finn, respectively), have turned into overnight sensations -- and as Forbes just revealed, the top of its 30 Under 30 list!

Forbes has just released the entertainment section of its annual 30 Under 30 list, and the two new faces of the franchise are joining some of the biggest young celebs in the world, including Game of Thrones star Khaleesi Emilia Clarke, 50 Shades of Grey actress Dakota Johnson and singer-actress and outspoken media personality Zendaya.

According to The Daily Mail, Forbes' Entertainment category is filled with people of all aspects of the business, from actors to screenwriters, directors and even agents.

This is a pretty big honor for both Ridley and Boyega, both of whom are Hollywood newcomers: Before she was cast as Rey, Ridley had worked only as a guest actress in a few TV shows in her native UK. Boyega had a significant role in the 2014 sequel series 24: Live Another Day, but hadn't been cast in anything major until Force Awakens.

Of the new cast, it's Oscar Isaac, who plays suave pilot Poe Dameron, who has the most background: In 2015 alone, he starred in Force Awakens and Ex Machina, and he will also play the title villain in next year's X-Men: Apocalypse.

Boyega and Ridley have now joined a list of superstars who have been among Forbes' 30 Under 30 in the past, including Aziz Ansari (who last year launched his own Netflix comedy, Master of None, receiving critical acclaim), Creed star Michael B. Jordan and Pitch Perfect 2 actress Anna Kendrick.
