Diego Luna Reportedly Cast in 'Star Wars: Rogue One'

Considering all of the Star Wars properties that Lucasfilm and Disney have in the works right now, we can hardly go a day without hearing new casting rumors or plot spoilers for at least one of them. Perhaps the second most important film besides 2015's The Force Awakens is the 2016 Anthology spin-off movie, Rogue One, which has been at the center of plenty of speculation. 'Ratchet & Clank' Movie Debuting Soon!

Back in the PlayStation 2 days the Ratchet & Clank series snuck in as one of the system's most popular titles. Since then it has had multiple sequels and continued on its legacy on more recent PlayStation consoles. This is why it only made sense for there to be an animated series about the game and Rainmaker Entertainment Inc, Blockade Entertainment and CNHK Media have delivered just that. Director Guillermo del Toro's gothic haunted house horror movie Crimson Peak is one of the most anticipated films of 2015, with an Oct. 16 release date placing it in theaters just in time for Halloween. '28 Months Later' Movie in the Works?

Writer and recent director Alex Garland garnered a cult following of fans after penning the hit "zombie" movie 28 Days Later, which received a popular sequel, 28 Weeks Later. Considering we live in a time where the film industry loves reboots, remakes and the like, we're all wondering when 28 Months Later will be announced! Well, while promoting his new sci-fi movie Ex Machina, Garland revealed that he and filmmaker Danny Boyle discussed this third installment, and he's even written a script treatment for the next movie - though he won't participate in the project further. Men's Rights Activists Boycotting 'Mad Max: Fury Road'

We all know that movie trailers can be a bit misleading. Some scenes are shown in the preview and not including in the final cut shown in theaters. This is acceptable. But if you're, say a Men's Rights "activist" viewing a trailer that is pretty manly and guy-centric in nature, only to read movie reviews of it later finding out that it is actually heavy in the feminism department, you'll probably think the best thing to do is call for a boycott. This is what's happening with Mad Max: Fury Road, which stars Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron. Director George Miller's latest has rubbed one Men's Rights website the wrong way, which was accomplished by making Theron (an Academy Award winning actress) the lead in the action film, which also includes some dramatic elements and deep plot points about gender. Cara Delevingne Cast in Director Luc Beson's Sci-Fi Movie 'Valerian' with Dane DeHaan

Iconic filmmaker Luc Besson joined Twitter this week and his first communication with his followers and the world was an announcement of his highly anticipated new movie, Valerian. The director also announced the sci-fi movie's 2017 release date and the two main actors leading the cast: Dane DeHaan and Cara Delevingne. DeHaan is set to star as the title character and his model costar will portray Laureline. This new film is based on a number of stories compiled under the series name Valérian and Laureline, created by Pierre Christin and Jean-Claude Mezieres. Kevin Smith Writing 'Mallrats' Sequel

It doesn't seem like it but 20 years ago Kevin Smith delivered Mallrats to the world. It's one of the many films in Smith's early repertoire that has reached cult status. This it's why it almost seems too good to be true that the movie will be getting a sequel. Smith made the announcement yesterday on Facebook and said the movie will be called Mallbrats. Returning for the sequel is Jason Lee, who will be donning the role of slacker Brodie Bruce once again. Joining Lee will, of course, be Shannon Doherty, Michael Rooker, Jason Mewes and Ethan Suplee. It's unknown whether the Batman, Ben Affleck, will reprise his role of the overconfident mall antagonist. Read More »
