It looks like it’s FINALLY happening. The world is going to be delighted with a sequel to the heavily popular 1996 film Independence Day. Sadly, it’s not exactly the one we wanted. Charlie Day, Burn Gorman Return In 'Pacific Rim 2'

Filmmaker Guillermo del Toro announced this week that Pacific Rim 2 would feature two more returning cast members in Charlie Day and Burn Gorman. The two represent the scientific portion of the film, full of information about the Kaiju and help spell out the plot for the audience. Back in 2012, there was talk that Taylor Swift was in line to play folk’s own Joni Mitchell in a silver screen biopic based on the book Girls Like Us, which chronicles the influence the folk legend, as well as Carol King and Carly Simon, had on the music industry.
