On Saturday the National Mall featured a special concert called the Global Citizen 2015 Earth Day Rally. Over a dozen artists including top acts such as Gwen Stefani and Usher came out to raise awareness for political issues such as climate change and poverty. Rumor has it that Rose's "Jessica Rabbit" photo is an attempt to get ex-husband Wiz Khalifa's attention, but according to In Touch Weekly, her sexy Instagram pictures have been catching Ray J's eye instead.
