4/20 is here, folks! And to celebrate the oh, so hazy holiday of pot-smoking, we here at MStars News thought it best to count down the top five celebrity stoners that Hollywood has to offer. Naturally, the land-o-celebs is filled with a large number of people who smoke marijuana, but there are a select few (okay, maybe more) who actually seem to really publicize the ... hobby?

From the comedy industry to the land of dramatic acting and music, pot is arguably more popular than drinking in Hollywood –– especially because it's rather legal in California if you have a prescription.

Now, there's much speculation as to the meaning of 4/20 (or 4:20, 420 – however you want to spell it), but to us, it means one thing: people are smoking pot today...

And that's all there is to it.

So, how about we count down the top 5 celebrity stoners in Hollywood, shall we?

5. BILL MAHER

Maher is a constant support of marijuana usage. In fact, during a recent episode of Real Time with Bill Maher, he kicked off a petition to have 4/20 established as a national holiday.

4. WOODY HARRELSON

You might not have known it from his True Detective performance – actually, you might just think he's an alcoholic from that – but Harrelson is a staunch pot-supporter and smoker along with his friend...

3. MATTHEW MCCONAUGHEY

Alright, alright, alright ... we knew this already. But given the fact that he's buddy-buddy with Harrelson – and starred alongside him on Season 1 of True Detective – AND was once caught smoking pot and playing the bongos ... naked, by the way ... back in the day, it's pretty safe to say that McConaughey is a celebrator in the famed hopeful holiday.

So, because we've heard that Willie Nelson, Woody Harrelson and Matthew McConaughey live near one another in Hawaii, and frequently get high and play cards together, that alone gives Nelson the No. 1 spot on our list.

Oh, and the fact that he reportedly smoked a joint on the roof of the White House.
