Kenny Chesney has made an official statement in response to footage of Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Riley Cooper going on a racist rant during one of the country music singer's concerts. "American Horror Story" is an interesting show considering each season tells a completely different story, though it tends to keep cast members around. So when season one's break out star Alexandra Breckenridge did not appear in season two, "Asylum," fans were pretty disappointed. Matt Smith will be exiting "Doctor Who" after this year's 50th anniversary and Christmas specials, and now BBC has set up a special program on Sunday, August 4, to reveal who will be replacing the actor. In "Doctor Who Live: The Next Doctor," Whovians will finally learn who the Twelfth Doctor will be. This actor will be taking over the iconic role from Smith, who announced his departure back in June. One Direction's first single off of their upcoming, unnamed new album, "Best Song Ever," has been tearing up the charts and breaking VEVO records. This of course just makes fans even more hopeful for the announcement of the new album release, but no news has come yet. Day Above Ground might have crafted the most racist song of the year (if not of all time) with their sing-songy track "Asian Girlz." As you can imagine, the song focuses on the Asian ethnicity and how the band really loves them. It is definitely supposed to be a parody song, but the lyrics involved are incredibly insensitive and turn the joke into a list of stereotypes. Read More »
Detroit rapper Angel Haze (real name Raykeea Angel Wilson) is getting ready to release her debut album, Dirty Gold, on Universal Republic later this year. The "Star Wars Celebration" was held in Germany over the weekend, and some big announcements came out of this event. First of all, producer Kathleen Kennedy was in attendance with actor Warwick Davis, leading some to believe that the former Star Wars cast member will be joining Episode VII. The new head of Lucasfilm announced that John Williams, the legendary film composer responsible for the original Star Wars trilogy scores, will be returning for the next trilogy including 2015's Episode VII.
