The mother of two recently captioned a photo of her new TV producer boyfriend on Twitter, "This guys..." as the two posed in front of what appears to be mountains in Arizona. "MStars News" reported that the 32-year-old "Baby One More Time" singer began dating the son of "Saturday Night Live" co-creator Dick Ebersol recently, and a source revealed to "E! News" that he's a nice guy: "He is the sweetest guy and they are very much enjoying getting to know one another."
