Director Nickolas Rossi's ambitious new project Heaven Adores You is the long awaited documentary about tragic singer-songwriter Elliott Smith and his music. Produced by Smith's high school friend Kevin Moyer, this documentary features interviews with fellow musicians and friends, and is the first project allowed to feature Elliott's music. Last night, international superstar Madonna premiered her new 17-minute short film, secretprojectrevolution, at the Gagosian Gallery in New York City, marking the start of her Art for Freedom initiative, "an online global initiative to further freedom of expression."
