With his highly anticipated new 2013 album set to be coming out any day now, Detroit rapper Eminem is setting his sights on Mark Zuckerberg and Facebook. Eminem's publisher Eight Mile Style filed a lawsuit against Facebook for copyright infringement. Specifically, the case deals with an ad for Facebook Home called "Airplane" that uses music which sounds similar to "Under The Influence" from Eminem's 2000 album, The Marshall Mathers LP. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the infringement was entirely intentional, a move on ad agency Wieden + Kennedy to catch the eye of CEO Mark Zuckerburg, who is on record as an Eminem stan.
