Twenty-two games in and it seems New York Knicks President Phil Jackson is already sick of losing. The 13-time NBA champion criticized his team harshly this week, which has started the year an abysmal 4-18. The Knicks have the third-worst record in the NBA. Read More »

Former Chicago Bears coach and current ESPN TV personality Mike Ditka has taken a hardline stance against St. Louis Rams players who showed their solidarity with the family and friends of Ferguson police shooting victim Michael Brown with a "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" stance before their game against the Oakland Raiders Sunday, Nov. 30. The players — Stedman Bailey, Tavon Austin, Jared Cook, Chris Givens and Kenny Britt — all came out of the St. Louis tunnel before their Oakland game with their hands up in the "Hands Up, Don't Shoot" protest gesture. Elderly white man Ditka, however, doesn't think they should have. Saying that the Rams players should be "embarrassed" for their political stance — presumably against innocent people being shot by those charged to serve and protect them — the former NFL coach doesn't "want to hear about this hands-up crap" and adds that Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson's "life is ruined." Kobe Bryant is fighting to save his NBA career, and now he has to prove to himself, the Los Angles Lakers and everyone else, that he's still the same Kobe he was a year or so ago. ESPN can be added to that list. They ranked Bryant as the 40th best player in the league for this season, and it seems the veteran shooter isn't too happy with the criticism. Not only does Kobe have to prove himself again this season, he's now at war with ESPN, and it seems that he's not ready to hold back, slamming them in his latest statement. Read More »
