'MStars News' has learned that a 19-year-old student named Cullen Haviland reportedly committed suicide in the library of Hampton University. According to the historically black university's statement, no foul play was involved. Haviland was a native of Temecula, California, and a physics major who participated in a number of organizations, including the National Society of Black Physicists and the Society of Physics Students. Empire star Taraji P. Henson says that she is done with her son's college and moving him to an HBCU. According to KTLA, Henson has decided to pull her son from USC after he was racially profiled while touring the campus. Henson's son, Marcel, 20, was on the campus of the University of Southern California, taking a tour when he was stopped more than once for having his hands in his pockets. Read More »

"MStars" News previously reported that the creator of "Love & Hip Hop" was allegedly degrading the true meaning of "sisterhood" with her new show that aired on VH1: "Sorority Sisters." We learned that a petition was created to ban the show after outraged sororities and fraternities produced almost 50,000 signatures before the show aired. The drama was heated Monday night, Dec. 15, in the first episode.
