To help celebrate the 20th anniversary of "In Utero" and to coincide with the deluxe edition reissue, due out Sept. 24, MTV and VH1 will release rare and never-before-seen footage from one of Nirvana's most famous concerts. VH1 Classic will air "Live and Loud" along with new footage on Sept. 23, according to USA Today.
