Nirvana's final studio album, their masterpiece In Utero, turns 20 this September. To remind fans of the album's anniversary and to create buzz for the upcoming In Utero Deluxe Reissue, an old promo for the album was re-released on the band's Facebook page yesterday (July 10).

The bizarre, incredibly '90s clip shows Nirvana members Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic in a birthing class taught by Bobcat Goldthwait. All are in drag, with floral print dresses, cut-off shorts and in true grunge style Doc Marten combat boots. The "Smells Like Teen Spirit" band shoots out babies while Goldthwait yells at them about how much birthing hurts.

Watch the 20-year-old promo for In Utero below:

Much like Nirvana's breakthrough album, Nevermind, In Utero will be getting an anniversary re-release this September. Though details about the contents of the extended album are unknown right now, like the Nevermind re-release, B-sides and demos from the recording and writing sessions of the 1993 album are sure to be included.

"Gallons of Alcohol Running Through the Strip," originally on non-US releases of In Utero and then included on the 2004 boxset With The Lights Out, is also a likely track.

The release of a deluxe In Utero isn't the only Nirvana news recently. Their mega-hit, "Smells Like Teen Spirit" had its lyrics sampled on the opening track of Jay-Z's new album Magna Carta Holy Grail. Pop singer Justin Timberlake take a slight spin on the lyrics, singing, "And we're all just, / Entertainers, / And we're stupid, / And we're famous."
