On his twelfth studio album Magna Carta Holy Grail, Jay-Z addresses Miley's twerk phenomenon on his song "SomewhereinAmerica." The mogul hosted an impromptu (for fans) Twitter interview with his followers Monday evening and he addressed his mention of Miley Cyrus and even exchanged tweet with the twerk queen herself. With the iconic and ground breaking July 4th digital release of Jay-Z's Magna Carta Holy Grail android phone users were able to get their hands on Hov's twelfth studio album prior to mainstream and/or traditional release tomorrow, July 9th.
