Johnny Manziel Party Led To Fine & Josh Gordon Suspension- Cleveland Browns Remain The Best

Frat-boy party star-turned-Cleveland Browns NFL quarterback Johnny Manziel threw a party on Friday: as a result, he was fined, and got teammate Josh Gordon suspended for the final week of the NFL season, perhaps costing him millions of dollars in free agency in the process. The Browns - who lost to AFC North rivals the Baltimore Ravens 20-10 - are talking tough in response to the pair and Justin Gilbert's (who was also suspended for missing a meeting) attitudes towards being professional NFL players as a result, while owner Jimmy Haslam has said that coach Mike Pettine and GM Ray Farmer will "absolutely be back" for the 2015 NFL season. Browns Josh Gordon Suspended By Cleveland For Week 17

The Cleveland Browns have suspended Josh Gordon for the final game of their NFL season. The star wide receiver apparently missed the team's practice walkthrough and has been suspended one game for violating team rules. He will miss the team's Week 17 tilt against the Baltimore Ravens. Rookie quarterback Johnny Manziel also reportedly missed the walkthrough, but as he's injured, has been excused. With Gordon only playing five games this year, it also means that the talented receiver will be a restricted free agent after the year, rather than unrestricted, and raises the prospect that Cleveland could trade the star. The pair are tipped to become two of the biggest stars in the NFL, but because of a drugs ban, and the lack of talent, they're not on the field just yet, but could the Browns trade the duo?
