We all know that movie trailers can be a bit misleading. Some scenes are shown in the preview and not including in the final cut shown in theaters. This is acceptable. But if you're, say a Men's Rights "activist" viewing a trailer that is pretty manly and guy-centric in nature, only to read movie reviews of it later finding out that it is actually heavy in the feminism department, you'll probably think the best thing to do is call for a boycott. Director George Miller's latest has rubbed one Men's Rights website the wrong way, which was accomplished by making Theron (an Academy Award winning actress) the lead in the action film, which also includes some dramatic elements and deep plot points about gender.
