Neil Patrick Harris Variety Show On NBC Announced

While the news around Neil Patrick Harris being named as the host of the Academy Awards ceremony in 2015 is pretty exciting news, this week we've learned that the How I Met Your Mother star will get his own weekly hosting duties on NBC in a new variety show! Fans of the Tony Award winner have surely been waiting for the actor to land such a gig, so we're happy to also inform you that the new series will take its queue's from the UK variety show Saturday Night Takeaway.
