Phillip Phillips' Mother Sheryl Phillips Arrested for DUI: 'AI' Winner's Ma Jailed on Valentine's Day after Split from Hubby, Family Troubles

Reports confirm that Sheryl Phillips, the mother of popular "American Idol" champ Phillip Phillips, was arrested and charged with a DUI on Valentine's Day (Feb. 14). According to law enforcement, Mama Phillips was spotted swerving across lanes of traffic in Albany, GA on Thursday. When pulled over, she was unable to complete a field sobriety test and officers had reason to believe that she was under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs.
