A mashup of "The Hobbit" and "The Office" on "Saturday Night Live"? Count us in. "The Hobbit: The Battle of the Five Armies" hits theaters this Wednesday, Dec. 17, and with the final installment of Peter Jackson's "Hobbit" trilogy — based on J.R.R Tolkien's book — set to blow audience's minds, star Martin Freeman hosted "Saturday Night Live" and delivered a performance for the ages. Joined by "Boom Clap" star and musical guest Charli XCX, Freeman's performance as Bilbo Baggins in "The Office: Middle Earth" has everybody talking. On "SNL" this week, Freeman — self-described as "sort of a funny George Clooney" — hosted with confidence and took part in a range of terrific skits, including ones where he dusted off his "Fargo" accent to sell water beds and tried to marry to "Top Five" star Leslie Jones. Thought the release date for the third and final film in Peter Jackson's latest J.R.R.
