YouTube is preparing for its first ever music awards ceremony and the video-hosting company aquired some high-profile headliners for the inaugural event. Lady Gaga, Eminem and The Arcade Fire have all just been announced as performers for the ceremony, with Spike Jonze directing and Jason Schwartzman hosting the awards show.
