The January 7, 2016 episode of WWE's Thursday Night SmackDown airs tonight, and the main event features Dean Ambrose vs. Kevin Owens for the Intercontinental Championship. The show will air, for the first time as part of a regular weekly schedule, on the USA Network at 8 p.m. Eastern, but if you can't watch there, try here or here - both of these streaming provider links broadcast free live streams but may require downloading a torrent.

But if you're the impatient type, we've got total spoilers from the show for you.

John Cena begins the show and cuts a promo about Alberto Del Rio. The 15-time world champion wants another chance at the WWE United States Championship after he was screwed two weeks ago, but Del Rio refuses. The news of Cena's shoulder injury likely plays into this segment and explains why Cena doesn't get physically involved in a match on this show.

Kalisto then beats Del Rio in a non-title contest.

The Miz hosts Miz TV, which features The New Day making their way down to the ring to insult Chris Jericho after he interrupted their segment on Monday Night Raw. Dolph Ziggler, Neville, R-Truth, and Goldust then come down to the ring, and this results in an eight-man tag team match. The four aforementioned babyfaces beat New Day and Miz.

It's unclear what the end goal is here because this is a bizarre group of babyfaces to put together. It could be that Ziggler is creating his own group to fight Heath Slater's stable after the events of Raw?

Charlotte beats Becky Lynch to retain the WWE Divas Championship with some help from her father, Ric Flair.

Dean Ambrose and Kevin Owens duel to a double count out (or maybe a double DQ, depending on how you choose to view it) when the match devolves into a brawl that sprawls outside the ring. They make their way up to the stage, where Ambrose flings Owens into the LED board to end the show.
