Patrick Dempsey, Jillian Fink Back Together? Former Grey's Anatomy Star in Ex's Instagram Pic

Patrick Dempsey might have had a pretty rough 2015, as he not only was killed off of his long running series, Grey's Anatomy, but he also separated from his wife Jillian Fink. While it might just be the start of 2016 it seems that this year is already going way better for Dempsey, as not only does he have a new movie project in the works, Bridget Jones Baby, but now there are reports that he and Fink might actually be getting back together.

Radar Online reported that there have been whispers that the couple has been heading towards a reconciliation for a couple months now, but in addition to that the stars have even been spotted hanging out with each other again, and looking quite happy about it.

The site is reporting that Dempsey and Fink were spotted together at the Marie Claire Image Maker Awards that took place in Los Angeles earlier this week, and the actor cheered his makeup artist wife on.

Not only that, but to add even more fuel to the dating rumors, Fink took to her Instagram account to post a picture of Dempsey and wish him a happy birthday on Wednesday.

In the adorable photo the couple is all smiles as they stand next to each other wearing matching white hard hats, while Dempsey is grinning from ear-to-ear. Jillian wrote in the caption, "Happy 5'0'!!! @patrickdempsey xxx," which she topped off with a winky face emoji.

As we previously reported that couple sold their house after Fink filed for divorce back in January 2015, but now a year later it looks like the couple could possibly be working on a construction project together... could it be a new house?

The couple, who have been married for 15-years also share three children together.
