Sanjay Leela Bhansali once again proved with his recent release, Bajirao Mastani, that he is among those directors in the Indian film industry who knows how to create magic on the screen. The director recently announced that he has started to work on another love story titled Gustakhiyan. Bhansali is also famous in Bollywood as a person loves to work with his leading actresses in more than one film. In his career as a director, he has directed eight films and worked with only five actress including Aishwarya Rai, Deepika Padukone, Rani Mukherji, Sonam Kapoor and Manisha Koirala.

Now there are reports that Bhansali again wants to work with Rai and Mukherji in future projects.

The 52-year-old director has previously directed Rai in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas and Guzaarish, while he has worked with Mukherji in two films: Black and Saawariya.

In a recent interview with DNA India, Bhansali proposed that he would really love to work with Rai and Mukherji in his future directorial ventures. He also said that he is really worried that he might not be able to create the same magic onscreen he created with Rai and Mukherji in Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam and Black respectively.

"I feel that I should work with them but I also feel that some magic has to remain – what it was – you can't recreate that. Rani and Aishwarya are very special. A lot of people feel I am rude, arrogant, disinterested, but I love all the people I have worked with, be it Rani who loves me, and Aishwarya who I never need to say a word to and she's there for me, with Salman I had that, but Salman is still upset about a few things – I don't know what – but those moments are special. Now Ranveer has come into that space for me."

Only time will tell if the director will be able to create the same magic or not, but it would be interesting to see Rai and Mukherji working in his future films.
