Sarah Silverman appeared to have embarrassed her actor boyfriend, Michael Sheen, during her appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. The 45-year-old comedian told the audience she loved Sheen's body odor.

The strange subject came up when Silverman was discussing wanting her own fragrance, admitting Sheen's body smell drives her crazy.

The comedian told the late night host, "This must be a pheromone...but I love the smell of his armpits. [They] make me crazy, I love it. And he's shy...We have to negotiate letting me get in there, because he doesn't like it."

Sarah gushed over Sheen: "I love his smells. He gets mad at me because one time he burped in the kitchen and I was like (motions smelling). And he was like 'Stop it!' I was like, 'I want to know all your smells. I love you!'"

Sheen, who was sitting in the audience during Silverman's appearance, buried his face in his hands as the cameras panned to him in the crowd.

Silverman has been dating Sheen for two years now. Sheen was previously romantically involved with actress Kate Beckinsale and they have a 16-year-old daughter together.

The comedian joked about Beckinsale in a post showing her standing in front of a poster of the actress. The caption reads, "I can't believe my boyfriend ever dated this PIG."

Silverman also took part in a fun game on the late night show, where you have to use particular words in conversation. The comedian got bleeped during Fallon's Word Sneak, when she used her assigned word beaver, joking, "It's not what you think, it's not what you think! It's what I call my p***y."

Silverman will next perform stand-up comedy Friday evening at BAM Howard Gilman Opera House in Brooklyn.
