Bollywood’s Priyanka Chopra Talks ‘Quantico’ Season 2 Filming, Opens Up About Her Career

Bollywood beauty, and now one of the Hollywood's hottest actresses, Priyanka Chopra has declared that she believes in working very hard to achieve her ambitions. In a recent interview, the former Miss World discussed her ongoing acting career and the second season of Quantico.

The 33-year-old actress, who recently won a FilmFare Award for Best Supporting Actress for Bajirao Mastani, was quoted by NDTV Movies as:

"My life is pretty much same as everyone else's, in the sense that I have dreams and ambitions and work very hard to achieve them."

The Bajirao Mastani star was speaking at the premiere of her new mobi-tv-series, It's My City, which she also co-produced and joined hands with nexGTv, a subscription-driven video entertainment mobile application. It's My City premiered on Jan. 22, 2016. The new mobi-tv-series follows the story of four young girls who come from small towns and starts living in the same flat in Mumbai, as they set out to achieve their dreams and goals.

Meanwhile, Chopra is also set to reprise her role of Alex Parrish in the Season 2 of Quantico. She revealed that quite contrary to the popular belief that she spends a good amount of time in gym working out to maintain the flaunting figure, she does the bare minimum. Speaking about Quantico at ELLE's Annual Women in TV Dinner in Los Angeles on Jan. 20, 2016, she admitted that she does not like to spend a lot of time at gym. The actress was quoted by People as:

"I don't like gyms unless I need to for a movie, or a part, or a show."

The filming of Quantico Season 2 has already begun in Montreal, Canada, where the actress recently shared a picture of herself on her official Instagram handle.

It was earlier reported by MStars News that Chopra is also in talks to work along Dwayne Johnson in the upcoming action film, Baywatch, in which she will be seen playing the role of the antagonist.

Chopra will soon be seen in Prakash Jha's Jai Gangaajal. The film is scheduled to release in March 2016.
