'Jane the Virgin's' Gina Rodriguez Reportedly Dating Ben Schwartz of 'Parks and Recreation'

Gina Rodriguez, star of the hit CW series Jane the Virgin, might have a new boyfriend. It is being reported that the Golden Globe winning actress has just started dating someone. The rumor mill is saying that Rodriguez has begun seeing fellow actor Ben Schwartz, of Parks and Recreation fame.

According to Us Weekly, the two comedy stars just recently started getting serious, and she is super happy to call him her boyfriend.

"She's so happy," an insider explained to the news site. "She thinks he is so great and all her friends love him."

Schwartz has amassed a pretty loyal fan base over the last couple of years, as he appeared on Parks and Rec from 2010 to 2015 where he played funny man, Jean-Ralphio, who was besties with Aziz Ansari's character.

Schwartz also shared the screen with Tina Fey and Jason Bateman in 2014 flick This is Where I Leave You.

This is Rodriguez's first relationship since she split from her former boyfriend Henri Esteve, who starred on ABC series Revenge. The couple met at a wrap party and began dating, but then split this past September, after over a year of dating.

However, while Rodriguez was keeping things pretty hush-hush about her relationship while she appeared on The Ellen DeGeneres Show earlier this month, not mentioning that she had a new guy in her life, she did touch on her fondness for babies, and wanting to have one of her own, likely through adoption.

"I feel like they bring the baby up to me [on set] and my ovaries are like, 'Ahh! Come here, baby!'" she explained during an episode on Thursday, January 21, according to PEOPLE. "It's, like, perfect. As soon as one cries they take it away from me and the other one comes in. That's what happens in real life, right?" the star joked.
