Richa Chadha's Official Look in Aishwarya Rai Bachchan's 'Sarbjit' Revealed! [PHOTO]

Bollywood actress Richa Chadha is one of the most versatile actresses in the Indian film industry. Currently, the talented artist is filming Omung Kumar's biopic Sarbjit with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Randeep Hooda. The makers of the film have revealed the first look of Chadha and she is looking drop dead goregeous!

Sarabjit Singh was an Indian farmer who did not commit any crime but languished in a Pakistani prison for almost 22 years. Sarbjit is based on Singh's life (played by Hooda) and is being narrated by his sister, Dalbir Kaur (played by Bachchan), who has spent more than 20 years of her life fighting against the government for her brother's release. In the upcoming biopic, Chadha will be seen playing the role of Singh's first wife, Sukhpreet Kaur.

Earlier this week, Indian box-office analyst Taran Adarsh shared the first look of Chadha in the upcoming biopic. In the released picture, she is seen as a Punjabi woman.

Chadha has been applauded for her fantastic performances in films such as Gangs of Wasseypur, Fukrey, Goliyon Ki Rasleela Ram-Leela and Masaan. Most recently she was seen flaunting her body in Main Aur Charles with Hooda.

Alongside Chadha's look, someone close to the production team also leaked Bachchan's look from the film. In the leaked picture, Bachchan was snapped in a grey avatar on the sets of Sarbjit.

Kumar's earlier biopic on Indian boxer Mary Kom has won him the National Film Award for the Best Popular Film and he has expressed his desire to screen Sarbjit at upcoming Cannes Film Festival. Kumar, who worked earlier with Sanjay Leela Bhansali as a production designer for his films like Black and Saawariya, was quoted by Indian Express saying:

"National Award was unexpected for me and I have always thought about Oscars so let's see. We're thinking to open it (Sarbjit) in Cannes on May 20."

The upcoming biopic is slated to release on May 19, 2016.
