In the cutest batch of news for today, Jimmy Fallon had a legion of adorable puppies predict Sunday's Super Bowl winner on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon. It's a Fallon tradition to have puppies on his late-night show predict winners by eating kibble.

On Thursday night's show, Fallon put two bowls of dog food at the end of a ramp. One bowl represented the Denver Broncos and one represented the Carolina Panthers. In true puppy fashion, the food was gobbled up within seconds, however, the Bronco's bowl cleared up fastest. This led to Fallon declaring a landslide victory for the Broncos.  This in spite of the Broncos bowl appearing to be slightly less full to begin with since almost all of the puppies followed the lead pup straight to that bowl.

If the puppies are to be believed, the Broncos will come out on top over the Panthers this year.

Last year, Fallon's puppies predicted the Seattle Seahawks would win the Super Bowl, which obviously didn't happen. In 2014, the puppies incorrectly predicted the Broncos would beat out the Seattle Seahawks. The pups fared better in 2013, though, as they correctly predicted that the Baltimore Ravens would emerge victorious. They also chose American Pharaoh in last year's Kentucky Derby. The horse did make it all the way to the Triple Crown.

Fallon's pups aren't the only ones everyone is talking about though. The annual Puppy Bowl, which airs on Animal Planet before the Super Bowl each year, places cute little puppies from all over the US against each other in a dog-friendly version of football.

Sports outlets have even gotten in on the fun by drafting instructions on creating the perfect fantasy Puppy Bowl team lineup. As SB Nation's Rodger Sherman puts it, "It's Super Bowl season! And that means it's Puppy Bowl season! And that means it's Fantasy Puppy Bowl season, because if there's one thing more fun than watching cute baby dogs playing with each other, it's worrying about the statistical ramifications of their on-field puppying!"

Super Bowl 50 takes place on Sunday; watch the adorable puppies from Fallon's show below.  And if you play fantasy Puppy Bowl be sure to let us know how your picks did.
