Every year at the Oscars, stars hit the red carpet dripping in diamonds, wearing (usually) custom designer gowns and tuxes. And some Oscar guests receive pretty fancy gift bags worth hundreds of thousands of dollars, and this year is no exception: Vampire Breast Lifts, toilet paper (?!) and totes, among other goodies that in total are valued at about $232,000.

Gifts in this year's swag bag include a $55,000 trip to Israel; $45,000 in Audi car rentals; $300 in personalized M&Ms; and some very posh toilet paper (one roll costs $275!).

A vaporizer (Leonardo DiCaprio would approve), a vibrator and sessions with a personal trainer are also included.

Perhaps the strangest gift of all, though, are the Vampire Breast Lifts. The technique, which costs $1,900, involves transferring blood from the arm into a patient's breasts in order to give them a little extra boost.

So how does this year's loot compare to last? Well, this year's estimated value is a whopping $60,000 more than last year's.

Last year's swag bag included a holiday in Tuscany, chi-chi car rentals, a designer bicycle, as well as some other more racy items.

So how does it work? According to a report in USA Today, the gifts go to the losing nominees in the acting and directing categories, as well as the show's host (you're covered, Chris Rock!). The gifts are hand-delivered the day after the Oscars.

According to the report, the "bags" are privately assembled and are not officially endorsed by the organization that runs the Oscars, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences.

The Oscars air live on ABC on Feb. 28.
