CBS and the CW Network prepare for the epic crossover between DC Comics' Supergirl and The Flash. In the upcoming crossover episode, photos have been released featuring Kara Danvers (Melissa Benoist) and Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) against their costumed foes?

In our recap, with the incoming alien invasion almost upon Earth, Supergirl continues to be in mourning over the death of her aunt Astra (Laura Benanti). When Martian Manhunter's life was danger, Alex (Chyler Leigh) stepped in and drove the Kyrptonite blade through Astra's chest. As Manhunter hides the truth, Supergirl fought with the Master Jailer. But she never realized there was an enemy close behind, at her workplace. Cat Grant's newbie assistant introduced herself as Siobhan Smythe (Italia Ricci), who will become the Silver Banshee.

In our recent recap, Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh) reveled that the breaches have been close, there's no going back. While the team dealt with Jay's loss and their defeat, Diggle (David Ramsey) arrived in Central City to stop King Shark. As Barry promised to return to Earth-2 to avenge Jay's death, Zoom dropped Garrick's dead boy in front of the Man in the Iron Mask, and unmasked himself, revealing himself as Jay Garrick (Teddy Sears).

According to Gizmodo, Livewire online pictures have surfaced of Silver Banshee (Ricci) and Livewire (Brit Morgan) in costume. Also in their outfits, Gustin and Benoist appear to high five each other. While filming their scenes together, the two appear to be goofing around on and off camera.

On his official Instagram account, Gustin writes, "Back in Van after what was the sunniest/hottest experience in my Flash suit I do believe. This pap picture is my only current evidence. You could watch the @supergirlofficial crossover on March 28 though..."
