USA Network's 'Colony' Spoilers: Twitter Reacts Josh Holloway, Paul Guilfoyle Quayle Shocker!

Created by executive producers Carlton Cuse (Lost) and Ryan J. Condal (Hercules), USA Network continues with their new sci-fi drama, Colony. Twitter had lots to say about the shocking twist between Will Bowman (Josh Holloway), Quayle (Paul Guilfoyle), and Katie Bowman (Sarah Wayne Callies).

As we previously mentioned, Colony is set in the near future of Los Angeles, after the invasion has taken over. There are those who collaborate and those who resist their new world order. Before a rebel terrorist attack ruined his plans, Will (Holloway) was trying to cross the wall, in order to find his missing son. Because Will was an FBI agent, Proxy Snyder (Peter Jacobson) offers Katie (Callies) and her husband a chance to find the leader of the resistance, in return for their missing child. Unbeknownst to her husband, as he collaborates, Katie has actually been working for the resistance the entire time.

In our recent recap, willing to betray Broussard (Tory Kittles) and the other rebels, Quayle worked out a deal with Snyder and Will. Knowing Quayle could name his wife as the leak, Will played a dangerous game to keep Katie hidden. Unfortunately, the sting operation as Broussard escaped but the rebels were shot down by he military police. At the safe house, after confirming his suspicions about his wife, Will shot Quayle point-blank and covered up the murder.

In an interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Holloway compares himself to Will, "I think I had an aspect of Will back then, but I did not truly understand the stakes this guy is facing until this point in my life. I've been with my wife for 17 years, and we understand that you can both have the same goal, but go about it completely different - which is what Will and Katie (Sarah Wayne Callies) are doing. That's marriage! The stakes are different now. They're immediate for me now."
