There is little doubt that most of the stars of Captain America: Civil War have already seen the full movie at this point. However, Sebastian Stan, who plays Bucky Barnes/The Winter Soldier, definitely knows how to get fans excited about the film, saying that it left him "speechless" and "in pain."

The Martian star recently spoke to Collider, where he admitted that he has already seen Civil War and that he actually devoured a massive amount of sweets during the viewing.

"I sat there and basically there was a bowl of candy and fruit and gum in front of me and then there were sparkling waters, and I basically sat on the edge of my couch the entire time and ate through the entire bowl of candy," Stan revealed before admitting that the sugar gluttony was caused in part by what he saw in Civil War.

"I was overly stimulated with this movie, which I'm so proud to be in because everyone is f--king awesome in it. Everyone is f--king fantastic," he said.

Stan also stated that the film had a lasting effect on him even after the credits rolled.

"I walked out of it speechless, and I worked on the movie and I was there!" he said. "I walked out of there and I had back pain from leaning."

The actor's "back pain" may have been caused by his intense focus while watching Civil War, but Stan undoubtedly went through more pain while shooting the film. The former Gossip Girl star had recently admitted that he enjoyed working on one of the more difficult action sequences in the movie, which involved Bucky and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) getting their tag team on to defeat Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.).

Captain America: Civil War is directed by Joe and Anthony Russo and will open on May 6.
