WWE Hall of Famer Sting Announces His Wrestling Retirement Before WrestleMania 32?

It looks like WWE professional wrestler Sting's fighting days are coming to end. If sources are to believed, then the iconic wrestler will soon announce his retirement from the wrestling industry before the highly anticipated Wrestlemania 32.

According to reports from Forbes, the Nebraska-born wrestler agrees with his doctors that it's just too risky for him to return to the wrestling ring. The latest news about his retirement plans should not come as a shock to the fans of Sting since he was badly injured during his WWE Night of Champions match against Seth Rollins back in Sept. 2015.

During the match, Rollins tossed Borden back-first into the turnbuckle two times in a row that caused a whiplash effect. Sting tried very hard to get on his feets again but the enormous pain fell all over him. After the fight, Sting was diagnosed with cervical spinal stenosis that affected his nerves and caused him extreme pain.

The 56-year-old Steve Borden, Sr. who goes by his ring name Sting is known for his time spent as the public face of two major pro wrestling companies -- World Wrestling Federation (WWE) and Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA). Sting's wrestling career has spanned more than three decades and as reported by Slam, he has cultivated a legacy as one of the greatest pro wrestlers of all time.

As reported by TMZ, the wrestler will announce his official retirement from the industry next month after his Hall of Fame Ceremony in Texas. Well, Sting's retirement plan may hurt the emotions of all those fans, who were expecting a match between him and Undertaker. There are tons of fans who have shown their unhappiness over Twitter. According to WWE, the six-time WCW World Heavyweight Champion, two-time NWA World Heavyweight Champion and Three-time WCW World Tag Team Champion will be inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on April 2, 2016, just the night before WrestleMania32 at the American Airlines Center in Dallas.
