WGN America continues with the premiere their new original series, Outsiders. In episode 10, entitled Day Most Blessed, Big Foster (David Morse) and Little Foster (Ryan Hurst) are trying to defend their mountaintop homestead before the outside world takes it away from them.

Asa (Joe Anderson) has joined up with the Doctor and the rest of the Clan to take down Big Foster. Unfortunately, none of the Farrells want to follow Asa's lead. Knowing Big Foster is bringing a war with his guns, Asa tells the Farrell clan this isn't the time to back down and show fear.

Trapped in the caves, Sheriff Wade Houghton (Thomas J. Wright) is suddenly discovered by the rescue team. At the hospital, Wade is reunited with his son. Even though he's still weak, Wade wants to get back to work.

Wade then has a talk with the Deputy, who reveals he found the busted-up car. Wade reveals he did crash into one of the Farrells with his car, but he is sorry about the hit-and-run. Wade decides to let the Deputy make his own decision about whether or not he should turn him in.

Wade and his Deputy have more problems to deal with as Reese, Sally-Ann's brother, and the other townspeople vandalize the pawn shop. Because Reese refuses to give up names, Wade has his brother-in-law arrested. Wade tries to warn Reese one last time before he leaves the jailhouse.

Hasil (Kyle Gallner) has been living with Sally-Ann (Christina Jackson) for awhile now. Unfortunately, their home runs out of power because Sally-Ann hasn't paid the bill yet. In order to get the money, Hasil pays a visit to the corporation executive, Haylie Grimes.

After handing Hasil his money, Grimes decides to follow him to Sally-Ann's place. With the direction in hand, Grimes starts snooping around and makes a play of her own. Grimes then puts money down on the property of Sally-Ann's aunt.

Little Foster meets with Asa and asks for his help. Taking out his gun, Little Foster is ready and willing to kill Big Foster. At first, Asa refuses because he thinks he can knock some sense into G'Winn.

After kicking out Asa, G'Winn takes care of Big Foster as the poison starts to kick in. Spying from a window, Asa watches as G'Winn Farrell (Gillian Alexy) undresses herself in front of Big Foster. Filled with jealousy, Asa realizes he has to help Little Foster kill Big Foster.

Reese is unable to stop Sally-Ann's brother and the others from torching up the mountains. Big Foster ditches G'Winn at the altar as he rides with the Farrells on their ATVs, chasing out the townspeople.

Disrupting the wedding ceremony, Reeseis brought in as a hostage. Just when Little Foster is about to make his move, Big Foster then  takes out a gun and shoots Reese in the head. With the poison still inside his system, Big Foster wants the wedding ceremony to continue.

In the morning, Wade discovers Reese lying dead in the streets.
