One of 2016's most awaited films is X-Men: Apocalypse, which will bring back Charles Xavier's team to face the very first mutant, Oscar Isaac's Apocalypse, who wants to exterminate the human race. Ahead of the film's release, Fox has revealed new posters and a featurette of their upcoming Marvel film, featuring Apocalypse's 4 Horsemen: Storm, Angel, Psylocke and Magneto!

The mutant team led by James McAvoy's Professor X will be back to the big screen in less than two months, and Fox is already prepping the ground for its second big superhero release of the year after the R-Rated box office smash, Deadpool.

Now, the studio has unveiled new individual posters for Apocalypse's four Horsemen through Twitter: Alexandra Shipp as Storm (the role previously played by Halle Berry most recently in 2014's X-Men: Days of Future Past), Ben Hardy as Angel (Ben Foster in X-Men: The Last Stand), Olivia Munn as Psylocke (Meiling Melançon in Last Stand) and Michael Fassbender reprising his role as Magneto.

Each of the Horsemen is described in three words in the new (and super exciting) posters: Storm as "fury, lost, survivor;" Angel is "dark, savage, fallen;" Psylocke is "lethal, fierce, merciless" and Magneto's descriptors are "rage, pain, vengeance."

As Screen Crush reports, aside from the sweet-looking posters, Fox also released a new featurette through its YouTube channel, profiling all four characters joining Apocalypse's side. While all of them have appeared in previous films, Psylocke and Angel have been barely presented in the past, so Fox is doing pretty interesting work by giving fans a little bit of extra information about them.

"Upon awakening after thousands of years, [Apocalypse] is disillusioned with the world as he finds it and recruits a team of powerful mutants, including a disheartened Magneto, to cleanse mankind and create a new world order, over which he will reign," reads the film's synopsis. "As the fate of the Earth hangs in the balance, Raven (Jennifer Lawrence) with the help of Professor X must lead a team of young X-Men to stop their greatest nemesis and save mankind from complete destruction."

X-Men: Apocalypse will reach theaters on May 27.
