Production for the upcoming Sony/Marvel reboot Spider-Man: Homecoming is looming nearer every day, and the two companies are hard at work prepping up the cast for the superhero movie. In the most recent news regarding the Marvel Cinematic Universe project, One Life to Live actress Laura Harrier and Grand Budapest Hotel star Tony Revolori will be joining Tom Holland's Peter Parker!

According to Deadline, Revolori will be joining the MCU for next year's Spidey project, as the film nears its production start -- he'll be playing the role of Peter Parker's friend Manuel.

Aside from his work in the Wes Anderson Oscar-winning film, Revolori also starred in last year's comedy Dope.

The Wrap reports that Harrier is also joining the Homecoming cast in a "significant role," though it hasn't been specified which one at this point. Aside from her performance in TV series One Life to Live, Harrier also had a role in the Anna Kendrick-starring musical The Last Five Years.

Much like Harrier, Disney Channel actress Zendaya was also cast in a mysterious role a few months back, a fact she later confirmed on The Ellen DeGeneres Show. So far, the only thing audiences know about her character is that her name will be "Michelle" and she's one of Peter's high school classmates.

The new actors join already-confirmed Holland and Oscar winner Marisa Tomei as Aunt May. The two of them will make their Marvel début in a few weeks, when Captain America: Civil War comes out, with Peter Parker/Spider-Man making his first appearance in the MCU after Sony and Disney finally reached an agreement regarding the portrayal of the character.

While so far the MCU has released one to two films per year, starting in 2017, they'll be releasing three in the same period of time, as their superhero library continues to grow on screen.

Spider-Man: Homecoming will hit theaters on July 7, 2017.
